Dots Pantry Purchase & Cancellation Policy

1. One-Time Purchases

  • Cancellation Window: Because we move fast to ensure maximum product freshness, one-time orders can only be canceled or modified within 30 minutes of placement.

  • How to Cancel: To request a quick cancellation, please email our support team immediately at Sethhancock@dotspantry.com with your order number in the subject line, or use the "Cancel Order" button in your account dashboard if available.

  • Past the Window: If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. Due to the perishable nature of our food items and for consumer safety, all food sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Subscription & Auto-Ship Purchases

Our subscription service allows you to schedule automatic deliveries of your pantry staples so you never run out. You always retain complete control over your subscription settings.

  • Customizing & Pausing Your Deliveries: You can skip a delivery, swap out products, pause your plan, or change your delivery frequency at any time directly through your account dashboard.

Subscription Cancellation Rules

  • 3-Month Minimum Commitment: To offer our subscription pricing, all new subscriptions require a minimum commitment of three (3) successful monthly billing cycles. You may request a cancellation during this initial window, but the cancellation will only take effect after your third monthly payment has been processed.

  • The Cut-Off Deadline: Once your 3-month commitment is fulfilled, you can cancel at any time. To prevent a scheduled recurring order from billing and shipping, you must submit your cancellation at least 48 hours before your next scheduled charge date.

  • Late Cancellations: If you cancel your subscription after a recurring order has already been billed and processed, that specific shipment will still be delivered to you, and your cancellation will officially apply to all subsequent cycles.

How to Cancel Your Subscription:

  1. Log into your account at Dotspantry.com.

  2. Click on Manage Subscriptions within your account dashboard.

  3. Select the active subscription line item you wish to end.

  4. Click Cancel Subscription at the bottom of the page and confirm.

Note: If you have met your 3-month commitment and prefer to cancel via email, you can request a cancellation by emailing support@dotspantry.com at least 3 business days before your next renewal date.

3. Order Acceptance & Out-of-Stock Items

Rarely, inventory shortages occur. Receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not guarantee order fulfillment. Dots Pantry reserves the right to decline, limit, or cancel any order (one-time or subscription) for any reason.

If we must cancel an order or item due to availability issues, we will instantly notify you via email and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

While we cannot accept returns on food products, your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains incorrect items:

  1. Please take a photo of the items and the packaging.

  2. Contact our customer care team at sethhancock@dotspantry.com within 24 hours of delivery.

We will gladly review your claim to issue a replacement or store credit where appropriate.
